Stress Pressure Points

What are your Stress pressure points? Each individual has pressure points, that if pressed create the feelings of stress. With each person these pressure points are different.

For Example: Some people will come away from an exchange with another work associate feeling stressed and emotional.

This may be for many reasons, including, not being acknowledged during the exchange, not being heard, not been engaged with appropriately, feeling that you have been misunderstood, feeling that you have been treated unfairly, the list goes on.

Have you ever come away from a exchange in work or at home where you have felt like this?

What where the things you felt you didn’t receive in the exchange?

What would have made the exchange or conversation feel better for you?
