Finding your special place..

Where do you go to relax and unwind. Where do you go to let your worries go for just a little while?

Finding that peaceful place where you can relax and let all your worries go is so important in maintaining a sense of wellbeing. That place can be an activity, special time with a close accepting friend, a special book, or even a special place. Take the time to find that place that gives you time away from the hectic world we live in. Take the time to find that place that lets you rejuvenate and recharge. Find that song or that movie that moves your soul and leaves you feeling inspired.


My special place is Barley Cove Beach. I stand on the beach and look out to the sea, I breath in the fresh sea air, I let the fresh air energise me and I say to myself “I am grateful to be alive and living in the world right now.”
